Discuss your date & brief
Existing portfolio reference; not presented as a Rajkot assignment.
Agree on which spaces and screens can appear in photographs. Ask staff to remove sensitive documents before the session. Create a schedule that gives each team a defined interval without turning an ordinary working day into a long photo queue.
The brief begins with a staff timetable, confidentiality boundaries and brand-use requirements. We discuss staff availability, confidential information and brand consistency before confirming coverage, so the session has a clear purpose and a practical sequence. Bring a few visual references and explain what you like in each one. The final plan should fit your actual people, subjects and setting.
Your collection can include leadership portraits, team groups, workplace activity and approved environment details. The exact coverage, editing, file formats and delivery are agreed before booking. A short session and a full-day assignment need different plans; neither should be selected from a service name alone.
A company wants photographs for recruitment and client presentations. Separate people-focused images from process-focused images, and check whether staff consent covers both uses before publishing the same files everywhere.
For corporate photography, prioritise the views that would make the collection incomplete if they were missing. Then add the quieter details and optional variations. Keeping the essential list concise gives the photographer time to respond to the scene instead of rushing through a series of disconnected setups.
Share the exact Rajkot address, the venue contact and the interval when the subjects or people will be ready. Confirm permission for professional photography and check whether the venue has equipment or access requirements. If the plan crosses between a home, an office and an event venue, list each address separately and allow time between them.
Check backgrounds before the session. A distracting screen, private document or cluttered surface can be simpler to resolve on the day than through editing afterwards. Tell the photographer about any area or detail that should remain private. For public spaces, keep access clear and choose an approved alternate setting if the original plan cannot be used.
Fine Art Photography is based opposite SBI Bank in Diu. Travel to Rajkot, scheduling and assignment scope are confirmed for each enquiry. No local office or fixed nearby arrival time is implied. Meet the company or send your enquiry to discuss the plan.
